RFI / EMI Shielding

Knitwire produces high-performance knitted wire mesh designed for RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) shielding. Bridging Gaps and Leakage Points

• Knitted mesh strips and cores can be produced in various cross-sectional shapes, with or without mounting fins.
• Outer wire layers provide excellent shielding, while the elastomer or mesh core ensures resiliency and compression recovery.

Gaskets and Sleeves

• Compressed gaskets made from knitted wire mesh offer reliable grounding for RFI/EMI shielding around shafts.
• Cable wrap mesh is supplied as continuous, flattened, two-ply tape for shielding cables and loom assemblies.
• Overlapping wraps create up to four layers of mesh, providing superior shielding performance.
